On Wednesday May 13, 2009, 54 dogs and 3 cats were transported by C.A.R.E. volunteers to safety in Colorado. These wonderful animals came from shelters and rescues in Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas. Thank you to everyone involved in saving these precious lives!
